Aristoland Montessori is a school built on Christian principles that aim to provide a variety of learning opportunities for your child. Our students learn the skills needed to acclimate socially and build a strong foundation in faith and academic growth. Students will continue to build upon those skills and encourage critical thinking skills, with our goal to establish charitable children and exhibit leadership qualities.

📝 Admissions Process
🌟 Welcome to Admissions at Aristoland Montessori!
We’re excited that you’re considering Aristoland Montessori Centre for your child’s educational journey. Our admissions process is designed to be clear, welcoming, and easy to follow. Here’s what to expect:
📘Step 1: Submit Your Application
Start by filling out the Parental Enquiry Form and the Application Form, available on our website.
📩 Please note: All forms must be submitted digitally through our Admissions Office. We do not accept handwritten, scanned, or photographed forms.
💳 A non-refundable registration fee of GHC 100 is required.
Required Documents (PDF format):

Medical Records (Immunisation, Health Info, Medical Exam)

Previous 3 Years’ Report Cards (translated into English if needed)

Confidential Form (to be completed by your child’s current school)
Payment Options:

Bank deposit to Aristoland’s official account

POS (for registration fee only) at our Finance Office
⚠️ We can only process your application once all documents and payment confirmation are received.
🧠 Step 2: Entrance Assessment & Interview
All applicants must complete:
✔️ An entrance assessment
✔️ An interview with the child and parent/guardian
✔️ A review of past report cards and a confidential reference from the current school
Assessment Details:
🗣 Language: English (our language of instruction)
📘 For Grades 1–8: English & Mathematics
🔬 For Cambridge Applicants: English, Maths, and Science
Your child’s application will be carefully reviewed by our Admissions Team, with support from our Academic Heads, School Counsellor, where necessary.
✅ Step 3: Admission Decision
All placement decisions are made by our Proprietress.
You’ll be notified via email or phone once a decision has been made.
📄 Step 4: Final Documentation & Fee Payment
Once your child is offered admission:
📋 You’ll receive a checklist of final documents to submit (e.g., medical forms, food allergy info, school policies)
📅 Documents must be submitted by the deadline
💰 Admission and tuition invoices will then be issued
🏦 All payments should be made to the official school account — proof of payment must be shared with us.
